From the Kitchen Table to Our New London Studio

Stak had humble beginnings. We started with a single show back in 2007- Football Ramble - now the UK’s biggest independent football podcast. But that was just a group of mates around a kitchen table with some microphones, having a chat. Simple by today’s standards, it still grabbed an audience: people who wanted to hear like-minded voices and feel part of the conversation.

Times have changed. Podcasting has fully embraced video as audiences want new ways to connect, bolder visuals, and content that pulls them into the experience. We listened. That’s why we’ve built a brand-new studio - it’s state of the art, with dynamic visuals, but the same palpable warmth that makes every Stak show feel like a conversation with friends.

The space brings our shows’ personalities to life and that welcoming atmosphere shines through the screen. With our new Blackmagic 6k cameras, every detail comes to life - giving listeners and viewers a whole new way to be part of the conversation. It’s slick, it’s sharp, and it elevates our signature entertaining content.
