Remember When..., in partnership with BBC 5 Live’s Football Daily, is back for a brand-new season.

This time, we’re gearing up for the World Cup by revisiting some of the most iconic tournaments from years gone by, with the fans who were in the terraces.

Hosted by Rick Edwards, each episode sees a panel of fans come together to share their experiences of the unforgettable atmospheres, heartbreaking moments and hilarious stories from their remarkable travels.

The first episode is available right now: Remember When... We Went to Italia ’90. For England fans, it remains the tournament that truly got away, encapsulated by Paul Gascoigne’s tears in the semi-final against West Germany.
