Dancing With Shadows wins big at the NYC Podcast Awards 2026

Dancing with Shadows, Stak’s narrative documentary interrogating the dark corners of New York City Ballet, has won Best Documentary and Best Sports Podcast at the NYC Podcast Awards 2026. 🏆

We’re incredibly proud of this series and the team behind it - especially Nicky Anderson, Finn Ranson and Tom Whalley - for bringing the voices of ballet, past and present, to the forefront.

This isn’t just a documentary about ballet, it’s about digging deeper into a toxic cycle of abuse that, if left unexamined, will continue to turn.
