Finn Ranson & Nicky Anderson are named in Radio Academy's 30 under 30 list!

Our Head of Sport, Finn Ranson, and Head of Narrative, Nicky Anderson, have both been named in the The Radio Academy’s 30 Under 30 list for 2025!

Finn has risen through the ranks, making an impact across every corner of Stak - from producing award-winning narrative documentaries to helping our always-on shows reach new heights. He’s been instrumental in developing new formats, growing our shows to their full potential, and building strong, lasting relationships along the way.

Nicky has emerged as one of the most emotionally intelligent voices in narrative podcasting. From infiltrating far-right WhatsApp groups in The English Disease, to reflecting on her ballet childhood in Dancing with Shadows, and now exploring amputee boxing in Defiant, she’s grown from assistant producer to award-winning storyteller - blending authorship and technical precision into work that’s profoundly human.

Over the past few years, Finn & Nicky’s creativity, dedication, and leadership have been key to Stak’s success - we truly can’t imagine the team without them.
